^{Since being launched, Umatalu has circumnavigated the world and after changing hands in New Zealand, her new owner sailed back to Sardinia via a refit-stop in Malaysia. In 2007 a syndicate of members of the Royal Yacht Squadron purchased her and after 18 months of major refit and alterations, she was rejuvenated and ready to go anywhere. After summers in the Med in 2008 and 2009, Umatalu set sail for the Caribbean and via the Panama Canal, is due to reach New Zealand in November 2010 by way of the Marquesas and Fiji.}
